The theme of the 2nd International Conference on Digital Law and Technological Advancements (ICDLTA 2026) is “Legal Innovation in the Digital Age.” Innovation is highly relevant in the rapidly evolving digital landscape that the legal world is facing today. The capacity for innovation through the development of modern legal frameworks, digital governance mechanisms, and regulatory approaches will play a dominant role in addressing emerging technological challenges. Legal innovation arises from adapting legal knowledge to new technologies, such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data protection, digital transactions, and online dispute resolution. We hope that the research presented in this conference will contribute to strengthening legal systems, enhancing digital governance, and supporting national and international legal development.
The aim of the conference is to provide a platform for legal scholars, academia, and practitioners to disseminate and discuss current research findings, as well as to explore recent developments, current practices, and future trends in digital law and technological regulation.
