About the Conference
School of Management and Trinity Western University, Canada, in Collaboration with EuroMid Academy of Business Technology, Turkey organizing KRISYM 2024, Silver Jubilee International Conference,17th Edition titled, PEOPLE-CENTRIC REFORMS FOR BUSINESS SUSTAINABILITY IN INDUSTRY 5.0
A people-focused industrial revolution, Industry 5.0. It represents the next stage of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 that has been taking place over the past few years. This progress fosters mechanical efficiency while encouraging human innovation, resulting in an ecosystem where people and machines may collaborate more successfully and solve issues more quickly than ever. Human centricity, sustainability, and resilience are Industry 5.0's three main principles. The human-centric strategy shifts away from a digitally driven paradigm and towards a more human-centric and society-centric approach, placing fundamental human wants and interests at the heart of the production process. Since the launch of Industry 5.0, the human-centric approach to human-machine collaboration has received more attention. The role that humans should play in future evolutions has been reevaluated as society has benefited from technology developments in all industrial sectors.
The COVID-19 epidemic overtook the world in 2020. The ensuing economic turmoil provided a climate that was ideal for Industry 5.0 to establish itself and become more robust than ever. By enabling robots to make decisions based on real-time data, Industry 4.0 has already set a foundation in manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain management. However, Industry 5.0 is now prepared to rule the globe. Every area of organisation, including marketing, finance, and customer service, is expected to be impacted.
The presentation theme of the conference is based on the managerial competencies of the organisation in the digital world. The areas of a research paper may include the following topics but are not limited to:
