The multi dimensions and technological innovation have revamped the Global Business Scenario in all the sectors. Business sustainability has been under the radar due to unforeseen socio-cultural, economic and technological challenges. It also generates an urge to understand the importance of multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary implementation and vicissitudes of business complexities in modern time. Ensuring business resilience essentially boils down to the three parts namely preparation, execution and recovery. All three stages require careful planning and exercising beforehand. The more effort that is put in ahead of a crisis, the greater the chance of achieving business resilience. In this backdrop, the Faculty Research Cell – Samshodhana, School of Commerce, JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Bengaluru is organising an international conference, which aims at bringing together researchers, leading national and international academicians, scholars, corporate veterans and entrepreneurs to exchange their views, knowledge and experiences. Authors are solicited to contribute conceptual and empirical papers that elucidate their research work, projects, capstone and pulse surveys describing the technological innovation and advancements in various multidisciplinary and allied areas. This conference provides a platform for intellectual discussion and presentation of new advancements and research findings in various disciplines. The focus is mostly on developing agile and resilient technologies that are adaptable in the new era of Industry 5.0.
