We are pleased to extend a warm welcome to you for the 4th AAGBS International Conference on Business Management 2024 (AiCoBM 2024) organized by Arshad Ayub Graduate Business School (AAGBS) Universiti Teknologi MARA, Shah Alam, Malaysia. The conference is scheduled for September 12 – 13, 2024 at Awana World Resort, Genting Highland, Pahang, Malaysia.

The 4th AiCoBM 2024 is devoted to promoting the exchange of expertise, cutting-edge ideas, and discussions on the latest developments across a broad spectrum of Business Management fields, including Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Islamic Finance, Islamic Banking, Quality, Technology, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship. This conference will offer an essential platform for distinguished academics, scholars, industry practitioners, and researchers to network, collaborate, and engage with participants from diverse national and international backgrounds, enriching the global discourse on these critical areas of study.

The conference theme titled “Navigating Uncertainty: Strategies For Thriving In The Dynamic Business Landscape” underscores the imperative for businesses to adapt and flourish amidst the ever-evolving challenges and opportunities of the modern world. All accepted papers will be published in conference proceeding (ISBN: 978-967-11006-6-0). Selected papers will be recommended for publication in peer-reviewed international journals indexed by ISI indexed journals, SCOPUS, ERA, and Malaysia Citation Centre (MCC).

The conference organizer cordially invites academics, practitioners, researchers, policy makers and students to present their papers in AiCoBM 2021. We also welcome and strongly encourage postgraduates to present their research proposals/literature review/findings/issues in this conference with a very special registration fee. Unlisted disciplines but related to the themes are also considered for acceptance.
