All papers accepted for presentation at AISTEMEDU 2026 will be published by EuroMid Press in the official peer-reviewed conference proceedings, subject to the successful completion of the review process, authors' registration, presentation at the conference, and compliance with the publisher's formatting and ethical requirements.
Each published paper will receive a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) to ensure permanent accessibility, discoverability, and citation. The proceedings will be made available online through the EuroMid Press digital publishing platform.
Following publication, the conference proceedings will be submitted to Scopus for evaluation and possible indexing. While every effort will be made to meet the quality and technical requirements for inclusion, indexing decisions are made solely by Scopus and its independent Content Selection & Advisory Board (CSAB). Therefore, publication in the conference proceedings does not guarantee Scopus indexing.
To maintain the highest academic standards, all submitted manuscripts will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process conducted by expert reviewers. In addition, all accepted papers will be screened for originality using plagiarism detection software and evaluated for compliance with publication ethics. Only papers that satisfy the conference's quality, originality, and ethical standards will be included in the published proceedings.
Authors are expected to present their accepted papers during the conference, either in person or online. Only presented papers that fulfill all publication requirements will be eligible for inclusion in the official conference proceedings and subsequent submission for possible indexing.
