Arabic Papers
Accepted Arabic-language papers will follow a separate publication pathway through the EuroMid Proceedings Series, with the applicable ISSN and ISBN details provided for the relevant publication.

All submitted papers will undergo a double-blind peer-review process. Authors should observe the following requirements:
Formatting: Papers intended for Springer publication must follow the applicable Springer template. Arabic papers must follow the designated EuroMid template.
Abstract: Include an abstract of no more than 250 words, accompanied by relevant keywords.
Anonymous Submission: Remove author names, affiliations, and other identifying information from the manuscript submitted for review.
Similarity: The similarity index must remain below 20%, including references, in accordance with the conference’s screening policy.
AI Screening: The AI-detection score must remain below 20%, in accordance with the conference’s screening policy. Authors remain responsible for the originality, accuracy, and integrity of their submissions.
Revisions: Authors must satisfactorily address reviewers’ comments before final acceptance.
