Refund Policy

We advise conference organizers to carefully read this information before making a ConfManage service request (CSR).

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellations Prior to Access Grant:

• - Notice Period: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before granting ConfManage access to the conference organizer via email or phone.
• - Penalty: A processing fee of $50 will be applied.

2. Cancellations Post Access Grant:

• - Notice Period: Cancellations made 48 hours or more after granting ConfManage access to the conference organizer.
• - Penalty: A charge amounting to half of the service rate will be applied.
